Hi! I’m Taima, the founder of Solstice Studio. I offer virtual and on-site assistance for business owners, creatives, and event professionals who need steady support they can trust.

Solstice Studio was created for people building something personal, polished, and full of moving pieces. The client messages, scheduling, content updates, systems, follow-ups, event details, and everyday tasks may seem small on their own, but together, they shape how your business feels.

With a background in education and years spent managing full days, shifting needs, and different personalities all at once, I bring a calm and thoughtful presence to the work I do. I know how to stay organized, communicate clearly, think ahead, and support people with patience and care.

Whether I’m helping virtually or showing up in person, my role is to make the work feel smoother, the details feel lighter, and your day feel easier to move through.

Based in Northern California and available for travel, I support clients wherever the work needs an extra set of hands and a little more ease.

My goal is simple: to help you feel supported in the business you’re building, without making the process feel more complicated.

Outside of Solstice, I’m happiest with a good coffee in hand, a trip to look forward to, and time spent with my favorite people and my cat.
